So i've had the blog a month now, and haven't used it. I don't know how to use it either, but i'm sure i'll figure it out!

Jade Dowling: Melton Mowbray/ Lincoln, United Kingdom; Jade Dowling, age 19. Just completed a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design and i'm off to Lincoln University in September to do an Honours Degree in Graphic Design. My main interests are Graphics and Photography, however, i occasionally do illustration and painting. Whilst attending college i won 3 competitions; - The first one was designing some artwork for an italian restaurant called Da Vinci's in Market Harborough, i designed 4 canvases for the restaurant wall, which is currently on display there now. - The second competion was a group project, me and three of my college friends came up with a campaign idea for Unite the Union, and our posters got chosen to be the new campaign for them. - The third was for a company called Popularis, our class had to come up with poster ideas to raise awareness for people with mental health issues, i designed three posters, one for drugs, one for violence, and another for alcohol. There was a third, second and first place and my posters got all three places, and the posters will be displayed in every workplace in the UK soon. I have put photo's up of some of my work, and i will keep adding so save the link :)
